Visit Catalina By Air with our new Catalina Island Shirt! Featured prominently is the Sikorsky VS-44 flying along side flying fish in front of the Catalina Casino! Only three VS-44s were made, and only one still exists today. That aircraft being the Excambian, registration NC41881, which is now located in the New England Air Museum.
We wanted to pay homage to the VS-44 Excambian by capturing the spirit of flying to the Catalina Islands, and the advertisements that sold those flights, on our t-shirt.
