Tennessee Seaplane offers flight instruction and sightseeing in the beautiful hills and waterways of East Tennessee. Based at Duncan Boat Dock in Knoxville, we have plenty of water to train on, as we are surrounded by seven large lakes. We operate a Cessna floatplane: a 160-hp N model that sits on EDO 2130 straight floats out of our dock on Fort Loudoun Lake ( Tennessee River) in the heart of Knoxville. Our chief pilot and in-house DPE have more than 16 years of seaplane experience and a combined 17,000 hours of flight time.
