Social event:  Come have lunch with other seaplane pilots and enjoy the view.  Since 1993 seaplane pilots have been coming to Lake Jackson twice a year (2nd sundays in March and November) 

Lake Jackson is a nice clean sandy bottom lake.  Over 2 miles in diameter.  There is room to park seaplanes in the grass in front of the restaurant or if you want sand, park next door on the sandy beach. 

Recommend 123.37 for Lake Jackson operation. Uncontrolled airspace and waterway. Please RSVP by email to FloridaSeaplanes@hotmail.com with name, # of people in party, type and registration of aircraft (or driving).
