Baudette: Training is offered on the Rainy River at our FBO, located at the Baudette International Airport (KBDE). The Rainy River provides the border between the U.S. and Canada and feeds into Lake of the Woods, the sixth largest lake in the United States! Our training includes both river and lake flying. We invite you to enjoy a resort package at one of many lodges, which includes fishing or golf, in the walleye capital of the world.
Brainerd: The Brainerd Lakes area is a seaplane pilot’s dream! With more than 450 lakes within a 20-mile radius, you are never far from water! The scenery and lakes are breathtaking. Resort and golf packages are available at the numerous resorts in the area.
Courses include ground school, study guide, aircraft, and instructor. Some students require extra time, depending on individual skill. We offer SES and MES advanced training; please call for pricing. Examiner’s fee is $250-$300. No updates available for 2020.
